Edge Loyalty Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Gift Cards issued by Edge Loyalty Systems Pty Ltd ABN 96 138 299 288.
Using the eftpos gift card (the “Gift Card”) means you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you let another person use your Gift Card, you must tell them that they will be bound by these Terms & Conditions. The laws of Victoria apply to this agreement. By entering into this agreement you unconditionally submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
- The Gift Card may be used to purchase goods or services at retailers in Australia with “eftpos” facilities who accept the Gift Card, when the gift card has enough unused value to make the purchase. Some merchants may choose not to accept the Gift Card.
- PAY LESS eftpos gift cards must be activated within 1 month from the date printed on the letter received with the gift card.
- PAY LESS eftpos gift cards must be activated via www.activatemycard.com.au/thegoodguys with the claimant’s eftpos gift card number and date of birth (DDMMYYYY).
- PAY LESS eftpos gift cards will be valid for a 12 month period from the date of activation and can be used at any eftpos terminal Australia wide.
- PAY LESS eftpos gift cards which expire outside of the 1 month activation period, or are not used within 12 months after activation will not be replaced, extended or refunded.
- Once activated, funds are available by 12pm the following business day.
- The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash, reloaded, returned for a refund, have their balances consolidated to a new Gift Card, and are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities.
- Keep your Gift Card secure - anyone holding the Gift Card can use its value to make purchases. If your Gift Card is lost or stolen, or you suspect an unauthorised transaction, immediately report this by emailing us customerservice@edgeloyalty.com.au. We may be able to stop the Gift Card value being used, but require the card number, original balance and expiry date.
- We may replace a faulty, lost or stolen Gift Card. Any replacement Gift Card will have the same unused value (at the time of replacement) and expiry date. Apply by emailing us customerservice@edgeloyalty.com.au. You must present the original reference number (located on the back of your Gift Card). Make a record of the reference number and keep separate from your receipt. Gift Cards will be void if they are defaced, mutilated, altered or tampered with in any way. We may subject Gift Cards to verification and security checks at our absolute discretion.
- If you have a query or complaint about the Gift Card, please raise it through any of our contact channels. We are not liable for the availability, quality or fitness for purpose of any goods or services purchased with the Gift Card. Any dispute about goods or services purchased with the Gift Card must be resolved with the supplier. To the extent permitted by the law, our liability is limited to replacing faulty Gift Card.
- If you think there has been an incorrectly processed transaction on your Gift Card please contact the store where the mistake was made. We are unable to reverse any approved transactions.

- We may cancel any Gift Card, or the Gift Card scheme, for any reason at any time without notice. If so we may either provide a refund or a replacement Gift Card of equivalent value unless we reasonably suspect fraud in relation to a Gift Card. The Gift Card remains our property.
- We can vary or replace these Terms & Conditions from time to time (including to introduce new fees) by publishing a notice in a newspaper circulating throughout Australia, at least 30 days before the change. The current version of these Terms & Conditions is available.
